Here’s a unique, 6-week weight loss program that addresses what’s on your mind to change your body.

Tapping Weight Off bridges the mind/body connection with a very powerful tool called Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT*, often called Tapping.

EFT is called Tapping because you stimulate acupressure points mostly on the face by tapping on them. Think of it as emotional acupuncture.

Whenever stress, loneliness, boredom or other emotional triggers surface and the desire to overeat kicks in this self-help tool will be there to support you.

In this program you will learn and experience the evidence-based technique that turns the stress response into peace and calm, applicable to all kinds of problems.

There are a lot of variables that influence your weight besides the food you eat. We’ll address the thoughts, feelings and resulting beliefs that drive you. This is an opportunity to change your relationship with food and with your self.

EFT works to eliminate conditioned responses, allowing you to take your power back around food and operate from a place of choice.

Week 1 Eliminating Cravings – Your go-to foods lose their power.

Week 2 Getting to the source – Tuning in to what you’re really craving

Week 3 Releasing Limiting Beliefs – Well, because they’re limiting, you might want to let them go.

Week 4 Preventing Self-Sabotage – Addressing your personal reasons for staying stuck

Week 5 What’s eating you? Learning to work on your stressors so they no longer stress you

Week 6 Being in the body you’re in. Body image and resistance to movement
