About this Event

Being overweight can be loaded with frustration, guilt and shame. Are you ready to try something different? This is a unique, 6-week weight loss program that works on the mind to change the body. And it’s offered online.

No weigh-ins, no calorie counting – just tapping. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT*) is often called Tapping because you stimulate acupressure points mostly on the face by tapping on them. Think of it as emotional acupuncture.

Whenever stress, loneliness, boredom or other emotional triggers surface and the desire to overeat kicks in this self-help tool will be there to support you. In this program you will learn and experience the leading-edge technique that turns the stress response into the relaxation response.

There are a lot of variables that influence your weight besides the food you eat. We’ll address the thoughts, feelings and resulting beliefs that drive you.

This is an opportunity to change your relationship with food and take your power back.

Week 1: Eliminating Cravings. Your go-to foods lose their power.

Week 2: Getting to the source. Tuning in to what you’re really craving

Week 3: Releasing Limiting Beliefs. Well, because they’re limiting, you might want to get rid of them.

Week 4: Preventing Self-Sabotage by Identifying Core Issues

Week 5: What’s eating you? Learning to work on your stressors so they no longer stress you

Week 6: Being in the body you’re in. Eliminating resistance to physical activity

• Six, one and a half-hour group sessions led by Weight and Wellness Coach and EFT practitioner, Claudette Pelletier-Hannah

• 45-page Tapping scripts workbook

• Mindful eating audio recording

• Subscription to weekly Weight Loss Wisdom

• Private Facebook group moderated by Coach/Facilitator

• Optional, one-hour, one-on-one coaching session for $99
