Chili Lime Chicken

 

Chili Lime Chicken

Cut chicken breasts into strips and place in shallow dish.

Prepare marinade for the chicken by zesting and juicing the lime into small bowl. Add cumin,
chili garlic sauce and salt. Add to chicken and blend. Let sit for half an hour.

Saute chicken in a pan with the marinade, just until cooked.

Top with fresh, chopped cilantro. Serve with small watermelon wedges, brown rice and vegetables.
