Mindful Eating Testimonials This mindful eating totally speaks to me. I am one of those people who wolfs my food down. I love food, am always hungry (so I thought) and can't wait for my next bite. I find these suggestions so helpful. All I have ever been told is to eat more slowly because it is more healthy. This is true but it did not result in change.
