One-on-One Coaching

You’ve probably read books, or participated in group programs to learn, or to better yourself in some way. These are all well and good. I turn to books and training too.

While these approaches meet some of your needs, they don’t always hit the mark for you specifically. They’re meant to serve the needs of the group.

Group programs don’t usually have follow-up or accountability built in. It’s easy for your busy life to sneak in. A noisy magpie lands before you, distracting you from the path you’re on. There will always be noisy magpies, preventing you from realizing your potential.

And then there’s one-on-one coaching! Imagine having a built-in structure with an objective partner who keeps you focused on the prize. There is no hiding at the back of the room when you’re being coached.

Though we usually work with an established program, like 12 Weeks to Weight Loss and Wellness, or the Five-Part- Start EFT program, the coaching is specific to you, at your starting place, and at your pace.

My job is to elicit solutions and strategies from you to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that you already have. Yes, you probably know just what to do. But chances are, you’re not doing it. Rest assured. That’s normal.

My intent is to help you connect your head and your heart so that you follow through. I will inspire you to be your very best. I will challenge and support you, and provide perspective and feedback when or where you’re stuck.

The structured process of inquiry and personal discovery leads to heightened awareness and action towards fulfilling results. It doesn’t matter if you’re working on weight loss, stress or relationships – coaching is coaching.

Of course you might get there on your own. But with one-on-one coaching you get there more efficiently, with possibly much less difficulty or stress. You just might achieve more thanyou ever thought possible.

12 Weeks to Weight Loss and Wellness

• Twelve, 40-minute sessions by phone or Skype

• One-hour, Stress assessment session with ‘10-Minute Wonder’ goal process

12 Weeks is a non-diet, whole-life approach to lasting lifestyle change and long-term weight management. But it’s not all about your weight. This istruly a wellness program that offers much more than the typical eat less and move moreapproach.Content covers a wide variety of topics, including: understanding the stages of change, identifying personal core values, managing stress, curbing emotional eating and making yourself important.

Five-Part-Start EFT Program

Five, one-hour sessions by phone or Skype

If you’re ready to learn and experience a revolutionary approach to weight loss, EFT is the way. This program does not follow a particular curriculum. We use EFT to eliminate food cravings, dissolve limiting beliefs and past experiences that sabotage long-term success.

Tap-for-Ten EFT Program

• Ten, one-hour sessions by phone or Skype
• Tap Away the Weight, EFT Tapping scripts and workbook included

Tap-for-Ten is like Five-Part-Start above. It includes five additional sessions if you want extended support to resolve core issues.

Tune-up Sessions

Tune-Ups are sessions for returning clients who may have slipped, or have encountered new challenges.
