What is it?

12 Weeks is a program that provides a foundation of tools and strategies that support people to achieve better health, create more balance and joy in their lives, and lose weight. 12 Weeks facilitates self-awareness and change. The journey starts here.

How it Works

Simply put, whatever you have going on in your busy, potentially stress-filled life impacts your weight, your health and your state of being. Many weight loss programs put all the focus on your body, as in “eat less and move more.” That works for some people, but for many it isn’t enough.

12 Weeks offers a holistic mind, body and spiritual approach that makes it truly a wellness program. When you attend to your whole life, versus just your weight, you witness results in all aspects of your life, making it easier to lose weight. Some people say it seems like they’re not even trying.

For twelve, consecutive weeks, group sessions are facilitated by a skilled coach/facilitator that include discussion and experiential exercises on a wide variety of topics not traditionally associated with weight loss programs. Some of the topics include: understanding change, managing stress, identifying personal core values, accepting self, setting boundaries and communication styles. Detailed list of course content.

There will be assignments each week, based on the topics discussed. The following session starts with a debrief of the previous week’s assignment. The greatest benefit often occurs between sessions as you explore and apply the learning.

The beauty of this program is that you get out of it whatever you put into it, and the focus is up to you. You are encouraged to work where you’re ready. Small steps are encouraged and celebrated.

12 Weeks Group Program includes:

  • 12, weekly group sessions (one hour per week) maximum 16 participants
  • 140 page workbook
  • Stress assessment
  • One-hour, one-on-one coaching session to review Stress assessment and begin goal setting process
  • Weekly, follow-up email
