One-on-One Coaching

LIFE COACHING

Coaching is a great way to get clarity, bringing about spontaneous motivation and action. If you think you’re too busy for coaching, think again, as you stand to become less stressed and more effective as a result. Coaching can save time and energy.

I offer a variety of options and services. Coaching is coaching no matter what topic you bring. I can work with you on just about any goal, challenge or opportunity – personal or professional. Unlimited email follow-up and support is always included.

Why work with a coach? – You value objective, professional support and want to work through a specific challenge or opportunity like: mounting stress, getting unstuck or relationship issues. See What Happens During a Coaching Session?

Duration – Sometimes one session is all it takes, or coaching can last many months, depending on the scope of work you want to do. When you’re happy with where you’re at, or are no longer benefiting from the coaching, our work is done. (Frequency and duration of sessions is flexible.)

Cost

$400 (plus GST for Canadians) per month for four 40 minute sessions

$300 (plus GST for Canadians) per month for three 40-minute sessions

$150 (plus GST for Canadians) per month for two half-hour sessions

12 Weeks to Weight Loss and Wellness* (Coaching)

This is a (one-on-one) weight-loss program with a non-diet, holistic approach. It is comprehensive in its content – an excellent foundation to support a commitment to weight loss.

Why take this program? – You want to lose weight and improve your health by going beyond the “calories in – calories out” approach – You want personal growth and/or work life balance.

Coaching vs. Group – You prefer scheduling flexibility, want individual attention/focus, want to go deep, don’t really like to work in groups

Duration – Four months

Cost – $300 per month (plus GST for Canadians)

Included – Three workbooks, a one-hour stress-assessment session, twelve, 40-minute sessions, unlimited email follow-up and support

StressMap and 21-Day-Rule Action Planning

The StressMap is an assessment tool used to recognize and identify sources of difficulty with the goal of managing stress better and achieving greater balance. We discuss and interpret your results and begin a goal-setting process with the use of the 21-Day Planner – a powerful tool that provides an effective process for goal setting.

Why take this program? – You want: measurement, awareness, a starting point to change, a process for goal setting

Duration – This is a one-hour process that stands alone. It is also the start of the 12 Weeks to Weight Loss and Wellness program, setting the foundation for the 12 weeks and beyond.

Cost – As a stand-alone session, including the two workbooks, the cost is $195 (plus GST for Canadians).

True to You – Core Values ID

The most important thing in life is to know what’s most important. True to You is a process to discover your personal core values, what is uniquely true and important to you.

Why take this program? – You want understanding of self in order to: have clarity and fulfillment, make good decisions, reduce stress, set the right goals and have intrinsic motivators.

Duration – This is a two-part process delivered in two, half-hour sessions.

Cost –$150 (plus GST for Canadians)

SELF STUDY

THE TASTE OF NOW Self-Study Program

This is a weight-loss program that is about bringing consciousness to all aspects of food and eating, designed to set you free from dieting and the struggle with food and excess weight.

Why take this program? – You want to lose weight without dieting and are ready to try a new approach – on your own time and in your own space. This is a self-directed program (with the option for follow-up coaching).

The Taste of Now is also offered as a Group Program and a Home Event.

Duration – Ideally, the self-study program will be practiced over a number of weeks or months. The benefit of this format is that it can be used over and over again, as long as you need it.

Cost –$29.95 (plus GST for Canadians)

Included –30-page workbook (pdf), three audio programs (mp3) totaling approximately 30 minutes

Mindful Eating through mindful Inquiry (free)

This is a course that is delivered to you via email. It is built on seven questions to help you slow down and pay attention to what you’re doing regarding food and eating.

Why take this program? – You want to deal with overeating and/or excess weight without dieting. You want a gentle, but effective and independent introduction to mindful eating – on your own time and in your own space.

Duration – You receive an introductory message, followed by a lesson for seven consecutive days.

Group vs. Coaching – People who enjoy: group dynamics, discussion, support of a group

Duration –12 Weeks group program is a one-hour session, once a week for 12 weeks.

Cost – $395 (plus GST for Canadians)

Included – Workbooks, one hour coaching session, 12 group sessions
