Mindful Eating through mindful inquiry e-course
This is an introductory program I’ve created for you, if you’re someone who struggles with food and excess weight. It’s about making better decisions regarding food and eating – without relying on diets or will power. You will learn to slow down and listen to your body, creating awareness through powerful questioning. That’s why it’s called Mindful Eating Through Mindful Inquiry. And it’s Free.
Mindful Eating is an e-course. That means you receive a lesson delivered to your email daily, for seven days, when you subscribe. Each lesson builds on the previous one. What’s great about an e-course is that you do it on your own time and in your own space. And you can use it over and over again. This free course is an effective and independent introduction to mindful eating and some of the work that I do – no strings attached.
In this 7-day e-course, you will learn:
- How to instantly stop the mental chatter and bring yourself to the present moment
- Why hunger is a healthy feeling and not one to be feared
- Differentiating hunger from other feelings you may be experiencing
- A refreshing substitute for food, for when you’re not sure about hunger
- Learning to trust yourself to make food choices
- Stepping into your power that allows you to decide when you’ve had enough
- How to practice body-centered consciousness
Not only does mindful eating contribute to weight loss because you eat less, certain foods you’ve come to rely on just might lose their appeal.

Testimonials
"This mindful eating totally speaks to me. I am one of those people who wolfs my food down. I love food, am always hungry (so I thought) and can’t wait for my next bite. Ask my husband, he will tell you all about it…I rave about good food as I am busy chewing. I find these suggestions so helpful. All I have ever been told is eat more slowly because I am the first to finish and it is more healthy to eat slowly. This is true but it did not result in change. I am convinced this will because I have something concrete to work with and now I want to change. A light came on … finally!
Thank you again Claudette."

"I am really enjoying the program. It has all seemed so logical, especially the first post about clearing your mind and being present before anything else. I was actually fretting about how can I focus on this when I have all these thoughts going through my head and then I read the first post and it was like… ahhhhh, makes sense."
