Our non-diet, whole life approach is key to lasting change and long-term weight management. This is a program like no other. It's about change, balance and self-worth.
What is “12 Weeks to Weight Loss and Wellness?”
Simply put, whatever you have going on in your life impacts your weight, general health and state of being. Where some weight-loss programs put all the focus on your body, “12 Weeks” uses an integrated mind, body and spirit approach that makes it truly a wellness program. You can’t really isolate your weight or your body from the rest of your life. So what we do is support you in creating awareness and improvement in all aspects. In so doing, the necessary behaviors often just flow out and you reap amazing benefits. The foundation of the program is the workbook, supported by 12 weekly group sessions, facilitated by a certified coach. You will explore many questions and ideas not traditionally associated with weight-loss programs. The beauty of this program is that you get out of it whatever you put into it and the focus is up to you. It should be noted, participants are expected to engage in physical activity and make dietary changes, as well as do weekly assignments based on the workbook topics.
