Here’s a weight-loss program tailored just for you because it’s delivered as one-on-one coaching. If you shy away from groups or can’t seem to get to one, this is your ideal format. Or if you want scheduling flexibility, one-on-one support and amazing results, we’ve got you covered.

This is a program like no other. It’s about change, balance and self-worth. And it’s now being delivered one-on-one.

What is “12 Weeks 101”?

Simply put, whatever you have going on in your life impacts your weight, general health and state of being. Where some weight-loss programs put all the focus on your body, “12 Weeks” uses an integrated mind, body and spirit approach that makes it truly a wellness program. You can’t really isolate your weight or your body from the rest of your life. So what we do is support you in creating awareness and improvement in all aspects. In so doing, the necessary behaviors often just flow out and you reap the benefits.

The foundation of the program is the workbook, supported by coaching. You will explore many questions and ideas not traditionally associated with weight-loss programs. The beauty of this one-on-one program is that wherever you choose to focus is up to you.

- StressMap questionnaire
- The 21 Day Rule Action Planning Workbook
- 1 hour live coaching session to review above assessments and begin goal-setting process (When you live in Edmonton and area this session will be live. It can also be done via telephone.)
- 12 weekly half-hour coaching sessions, via telephone

fruity tootyThroughout the program, you are expected to engage in physical activity and make dietary changes, as well as do weekly assignments based on workbook topics and chosen area(s) of focus.

As a result of fully participating in this program you can expect to:
- Learn and experience an effective approach to goal setting
- Identify stressors, triggers and warning signs and develop healthy coping strategies
- Develop self-awareness in all areas, including, but not limited to, consumption
- Be supported
- Be inspired, motivated and educated in order to prepare you for a new way of life

- Gain self-acceptance, enhance your self-image
- Improve overall health

The Cost of this special offer comes at a reduced rate of $75 a week for 12 weeks (Canadians add GST), a savings of over $300.00.
