A holistic approach, considering all aspects of a person in the larger context of wellness, supports clients in achieving a weight loss that is sustainable and a life that is good.

Through my company, Wholly Hannah! Coaching and Training, I offer a program called "12 Weeks to Weight Loss and Wellness." It is a group, or a one-on-one program, that does all of the above. It is also a great program for purposely creating change in your life by looking closely at how you live it.

“12 Weeks” is an approved program in Capital Health’s Weight Wise Community Network.
