About The Weight Loss Coach

Both optimism and compassion have led me to this challenging field of weight loss. I'm passionate about health, wellness and personal growth. Perhaps because I grew up listening to my father cough and wheeze every morning, struggling to breathe, I choose to do everything I can to be healthy. I will never live any other way. I want to share my experience, but mostly I want to have an impact. I believe weight loss success can be had, despite the odds. Human potential has no limit.

Lifestyle Change

That said change is difficult. Healthy weight loss can be yours if you're willing to tell the truth about your lifestyle. Lifestyle change includes much more than eating less and moving more. It's about all the choices you make, including how much or how hard you work and the time you take for rest, relaxation and recreation. It's also about how you spend your money and what you do with family and friends. And it can add up to stress and struggle or health and happiness.

Weight Loss Support through Coaching

My approach to weight loss and personal wellness is to work on mind, body and spirit – in balance. Pushing you to eat less and move more is ineffective when you're not ready. Starting from a place of self-acceptance, coupled with foundational work like identifying your core values is recommended. Creating self-awareness and change regarding personal habits, stressors and relationships is key. Of course mindful eating and active living will also play a role. You will be asked to stretch, setting goals as far as you can imagine yourself in the future, no matter where that is.

As a result of my coaching you will have awareness, tools and strategies - like mindful eating - that support you on your journey to personal wellness.
